Why this bottle

Polypropylene that can take 121 °C.

The container is the process

Polypropylene melts at 165 °C. Terminal sterilisation is 121 °C. The resin is chosen so the sealed bottle can take the autoclave — not the other way around.

Closed, then sterilised

The bottle is formed on site, filled, and sterilised in the final container. Sterility is a property of the sealed unit, not of a later assembly step.

Ready to hang

Peel-off outer cap, two spike sites on the rubber disk, rotatable hanger. The ward should not have to invent a method.

Compound → form → wash → fill → outfeed. Same stills, in line order.

Vision

To bring Pakistan the care it cannot get today — starting with intravenous solutions that are ready when the ward is.

Mission

Form, fill and terminally sterilise intravenous solutions in medical-grade polypropylene at Hattar. Then build, labelled as ambition, the capability to bring the next medicines within reach.

Values and how we talk →

Specific over superlative

61.7 million units shipped in FY2025–26 — never “a leading manufacturer.” Figures carry a unit and a period.

Claims carry their source

A claim without a source is dropped rather than softened. This is a regulated industry addressing a technical audience.

What is, then what is next

Current capability first. Ambition second, and named as ambition. The two are never blended in one sentence.

No efficacy claims

Nothing published here claims or compares clinical efficacy for any medicine. In any medium. Without exception.
